Therefore, customers can be sure that we put into play and maintain all of the processes required for the quality management system. ISO 9001 certification shows that HanseEscrow places special emphasis on keeping customer needs in mind and that meeting those needs is our main goal. The quality management system ensures that we constantly monitor, improve and efficiently plan the processes, products and services we offer. Doing so enables HanseEscrow to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by offering services and products relevant in today’s world.

We developed an information security management system to document the high security and data protection levels we provide and in 2017 we achieved certification in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001. At HanseEscrow, the Integrated Management System (IMS) combines the requirements from ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and helps make sure that possible weaknesses, and the risks that accompany them, can be discovered and eliminated.
Since 2016, we have been storing and destroying the materials entrusted to us in accordance with the principles and standards described in DIN 66399.
As neutral intermediary, manufacturers entrust their trade secrets to us and large corporations know that we deliver as agreed.
